Video Storytelling Contest (NEW!)

Deadline: February 15, 2009. Contest is open to students in grades 6-12.

This video contest is the first in a series. Topic is below.

This video contest incentivizes students to create short videos expressing the importance of Native American cultures. RTC will award eight (8) prizes of $50 each to the first eight (8) students to submit their videos. Videos will be showcased on Reconnecting The Circle’s website.

Tell us why you think reconnecting the circle with Native Americans is important today.

Film yourself or have a friend film you.

(Length of Video: No more than 2 minutes)

How To Create and Upload Your Video

Once you upload your video to YouTube or RezKast, send us the URL to info@reconnectingthecircle.com with "Video Contest #1" in the subject line. Include your name and grade level (e.g., 7th grade) in the body of the email.
