About Us Danielle Gaines, President (Italian-American) Danielle Gaines serves in the role of Senior Business Analyst for the IP&S Product Engineering group of ARC Corporation where she is focused on web-based applications for the travel industry. Danielle is a veteran of innovative Internet companies Netscape Communications and Commerce One (from her California days). She has a background in art and design, including fashion design, and has contributed a chapter to the book, Fractal Horizons, edited by Dr. Clifford Pickover. Danielle has immersed herself in Indian Country by establishing relationships with tribal leaders, business people and artisans, by researching historical and contemporary issues, and by attending American Indian conferences. She has presented on the topic of using technology for economic and cultural sustainability. Board of Directors Susan White, Director (Oneida) Susan White is an enrolled member of the Oneida Tribe of Indians and the Director of the Oneida Trust Department, the administrative office of the Oneida Trust Committee. Susan serves as the Chairperson for the Indigenous Peoples Task Force formed by the Social Investment Forum. Susan is active within the Oneida community serving on the boards for Oneida Family Literacy Council, Oneida Nation School System Action Team for Partnerships, and the Cemetery Committee at Holy Apostle’s Episcopal Church in Oneida. Advisory Board Jessica LePak (Oneida & Stockbridge-Munsee) Jessica LePak is currently a graduate student at UC Berkeley where she is studying social welfare. Jessica seeks to use her degree towards improving the health and well-being of Native American people. Presently, Jessica works as a surgical technologist at Kaiser Permanente and is interning at the American Indian Child Resource Center. She volunteers regularly in her community, serving marginalized populations. She is a single mother of a 12 year old boy.
